The Farmer Details
Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee is cultivated under strict government regulation within a designated geographic area of the Blue Mountains. Farms sit at high altitudes, where cooler temperatures and rich volcanic soil allow cherries to mature slowly, enhancing sweetness and complexity. Only the top 3% of beans from the harvest are certified as Grade 1.

Roast Level & Flavor Profile
Medium Roast — The classic profile: soft chocolate, toasted almonds, gentle fruit notes, and a creamy, buttery body.
