The Cleanest Cup You’ve Ever Tasted

Limited Single-Estate Farm Release

Micro-Roasted to Order | NET WT 12 OZ (340 G)

From Finca Rosita in the highland region of Illimani, Caranavi, this washed Gesha expresses the refined clarity and delicate aromatics that define the varietal at its most elegant. Grown between 1,350 and 1,750 meters, the cool Andean climate supports steady cherry development, producing a cup marked by soft citric acidity, clean sweetness, and nuanced floral complexity.

Carefully washed and raised-bed dried, the profile reveals simple syrup sweetness layered with gentle citrus and tea-like structure. Aromatics of chamomile, jasmine pearl tea, and soft herbal florals unfold as the cup cools, creating a light, composed expression that rewards precise roasting.

The Producer

This Gesha lot was produced by the Aramayo-Valverde family at Finca Rosita, located in the Illimani region of Caranavi, Bolivia. The 32-hectare farm is named after Rosita Angelica Aramayo and continues to be family-operated with a focus on quality and careful varietal management.

While much of the farm is planted in Catuaí, smaller selections include Gesha, Typica, Java, and Pink Bourbon. This Gesha separation represents a rare and limited lot. The family manages processing and dry milling on-site, allowing for tight control over quality from harvest through final preparation.

The Roast

Light-Medium Delicate sweetness of simple syrup and demerara leads into soft lemon-like acidity. Aromatics of chamomile, jasmine tea, and dried floral notes emerge clearly, supported by a clean, tea-like structure. The finish is light, fragrant, and balanced.

Medium — Sweetness deepens slightly with light caramel and raw sugar tones while floral intensity softens. Subtle herbal notes of green tea and coriander appear, and the body gains slight weight. The cup remains clean and composed with a gentle citrus lift.
