Only coffees that cup at 88 points or higher earn their way here—the upper echelon of excellence, with select lots reaching into the 90s. Upon arrival, each coffee is pre-portioned and double vacuum sealed, preserving freshness, clarity, and flavor until the moment it is needed.
Once an order is placed, every green coffee is hand-sorted under deliberate scrutiny—all defects removed, leaving only flawless structure and potential.

Roasting is executed with precision and restraint. Each coffee is developed to reveal its fullest expression, then cooled immediately to preserve sweetness and aroma. Every batch is examined once more after roasting—a final hand-sorting to ensure nothing remains that could affect purity, flavor, or finish.
What remains is coffee in its most exacting form.
