Each coffee is selected for clarity, structure, and origin character, with every lot held to a standard beyond ordinary specialty coffee. Upon arrival, coffees are pre-portioned and double vacuum sealed to preserve freshness and flavor until roasting.

Each coffee is micro-roasted to order with precision and restraint, developed to reveal its fullest expression, then cooled immediately to preserve clarity, sweetness, and structure.
