Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are carefully processed and shipped within one business day.

 

Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

 

Tracking
A USPS tracking number will be provided in your My Account and sent via email once your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates
Flat Rate: $6.95 USPS 2–5 Day Shipping (tracking included)
Complimentary Shipping: Orders of $45 or more

 

Packaging
Each coffee bag is secured inside a shipping box with packing paper to prevent movement. A fragile sticker is placed on the outside of each box to ensure careful handling.

 

Damages
If an order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the shipping box, internal packaging, and product. Once reviewed, and if damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, a replacement or refund will be arranged at Burnett Coffee Roaster's discretion.
