Edward, a trained Q Grader and former FNC technician, carefully manages rare varietals including Gesha, Chiroso, Wush Wush, and Moka. Each process batch is fermented in tile tanks and carefully dried under cover on patios, producing fruit-forward coffees with clarity, sweetness, and complexity.
